Job Description:
• To set up the store (placing balloons around the store, setting up tables/table cloths etc)
• Meet with the store manager and look around the store to find materials for set up.
• Serve as a hostess/greeter – meeting and greeting customers as they enter the store
• Help facilitate the Grand Opening Sweepstakes (directing customers to the table, ensuring there is sufficient sign up forms at the table etc)
• Help store managers/employees at store level doing whatever is helpful
• Digital camera helpful to take pictures of event and e-mail them after Grand Opening
• Fill out a short recap and e-mail me after event that will outline successes and opportunity areas
Characteristics of Coordinator:
• Approachable, energetic, and professional overall appearance
• Highly responsible
• Must be able to interact with management
• Need to enjoy sports (watching, talking about and/or doing)
• Must be personable and able to talk easily with people
• MUST be 18 years of age

- Compensation: $200 plus a possible $50 bonus
