It is a 2bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom duplex in a quiet subdivision near the Columbia Mall. Its a great size place for 2 people, with storage in the Garage, a very large upstairs living room, and a downstairs family room as well. With a utility room. If you are looking for space this might be good for you. I do not use the downstairs family room at all. So that could basically be your space to do what you will. The bathroom situation is as such, there is only 1 bath/shower so that would be shared, however I use the upstairs 1/2 bath for all my stuff, and you could use the downstairs for yours. The living room upstairs is furnished but I'm sure if you have anything you want to add that would be welcomed. I do not keep my car in the Garage, I use it to store my moped and motorcycle and etc.

Some things about me... I am a guy my mid 20's currently finishing up school, and planning on attending Law School. I am really laid back, easy to get along with and from time to time have some good get togethers at my place. I am big into working out, I do a lot of activities in the summer like triathlons and running etc. Once you start paying bills this place is as much yours as it is mine for the most part.

What I am looking for in a roommate.. ? Someone clean, who can pick up after themselves. Someone who can pay rent/bills on time. I can't rent to non-Mizzou students, the apartment is owned by University of Missouri and specifically for student occupation.

My apartment is just a few blocks from campus and across the street from the Trowbridge Lot, so you'd have an array of options available to you for your daily commute. The room itself is about 10' by 11' and has a full sized closet. The room is furnished with a futon bed and desk w/ chair. The bathroom is separate from both bedrooms and is shared. The kitchen is fully equipped and you'd have use of all appliances and dishes. Central air, un-assigned parking, swimming pool & laundry facilities are some of the other amenities on the property. The rent reflects monthly utilities but may fluctuate based on use. No preference as to male or female, looking for someone who is laid back and a right fit for my personality.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. You are renting one of the two rooms and pay only $250 per month for rent. The room is available from December 29th 2009. The room is neat and clean, and there is a public loundry machine in the apartment building. Also, the location is good: it is close to MU campus, Wal-mart, restaurants, a gas station, car-wash, dry cleaning place, etc. There is a free bus shuttle going to MU (it takes only 10 mins).
