Male Rex Rabbit (Jefferson City)

I am posting this for my mom, she is no longer in the position to care for him, so we currently have her 1 year old male Rex rabbit, and he is in need of a new home. He is approximately 9 lbs. He has short velvet hair.
He is a very good, sweet bunny. We would keep him, but we already have a male rabbit upstairs and they do not get along. He is not neutered, but has been to the vet for a wellness exam.
I will not just give him away to anyone. I want to be sure he will get lots of love attention, and be able to roam outside of a cage at least some of the day. Rabbits need to have space to roam and exercise and not spend their lives in a cage. For those who have never had a pet rabbit, they require fresh greens daily, as well as pellets. And should always have plenty of Timothy hay available. They are not the easiest pets, but they are well worth it.
Serious inquiries only. He has had to move from my mom's to our house recently, so I want to know he won't be moved again in the near future and will have stability.
