Mature Professional Male Seeks Room/Share (Columbia)

Greetings from WI. I was recently hired working in the field of healthcare and hospital/family support in organ and tissue donation. it is a dream job for me and I am relocating very soon.
I realize room/house shares can be tricky, however, I'd like to start out this way to get a feel for Columbia and then take it from there. I prefer not to do an extended stay hotel. I am single, do not smoke or do any drugs of any kind, and I do not have any pets. I am friendly, clean, and housebroken. I am not looking to have anything other than a tenant-landlord relationship. Respectful of your home.
My job entails working with hospitals and supporting families and honoring donor wishes upon death. There will be times I will have to respond to hospitals late at night and early in the morning. However, I will respectfully do this with as little noise as possible.
I prefer a furnished room, private bath/entry and utilities (WIFI especially) factored into the monthly rent. I realize this is not always the case so nothing is "mandatory." I am more concerned of the quality of those living there and safety/cleanliness. I do have a minivan as well. Steet or off-street parking is fine either way.
I will be in Columbia soon. My start date is 3/16, but I plan on arriving sooner. Please respond with monthly rent, including utilities and a description of the space/home. Pictures are fine as well.
