This was a restoration and parked about 3 years ago because the original 8hp Tecumseh would start and run - but not revv- probably a weak flywheel.
I collected some extra parts while searching for a replacement motor and found this 8HP NOS still mounted to the original plywood shipping base- never mounted or run. It has the charging system, starter and easily turns over by hand.
The extra frame, front wheel, older 7hp horizontal, OEM bumper hitch and miscellaneous parts in boxes are included in price.
