That price is not accurate - I paid $350 new and they are currently going for $100-$150 used/refurbed on auction sites. Mine is priced lower because the outside case suffered a dent which affects the screen lighting. It was under a pillow that was stepped on; the pics show exactly what is wrong with it. Pixelation is okay. All damage so far is cosmetic, this happened a month ago and performance was not affected. I've never opened the casing, it is all stock, has never been partitioned. Was my backup laptop but now I no longer have use for it.
Oh, and one of the rubber strips on the bottom came off. It does come with the charger.
If you've never owned a Chromebook please research before buying, this is a web-browser based OS!
