Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and on call for emergencies after hours and weekends.

Some experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, subfloor repair, painting, general maintenance or construction work required.

Must have own transportation to and around the property and all tools required to repair and maintain mobile homes.
