Seeking place to park Cargo Trailer (prefer with electirity available) (Columbia)

I am planning to purchase a cargo trailer to convert into a camper. I need a safe place in the Columbia area to park it and work on it. Electricity would be helpful for my power tools. Otherwise, I can use a small, quiet generator.
I will bring a shop vac and clean up daily. I expect this project will take at least a couple months to complete.
