Schedule: Saturday & Sunday (Weekend Shift)
We are looking for a reliable, experienced trailer mechanic to take over our weekend operations. This is a 2-day position for someone who knows how to work independently and get the job done right.
THE JOB:
SATURDAY/SUNDAY: Based in our Columbia shop. You’ll handle full trailer maintenance brakes, seals, lighting, and structural work on dry vans.
TIRES: This is a big part of the job. You’ll be inspecting, changing, and rotating tires to prevent blowouts and keep our drivers safe.
DRIVING: You must be able to back trailers into tight shop bays and stage the yard for Monday morning dispatch.
WHAT WE NEED:
A mechanic who actually knows trailers and heavy-duty tires.
Someone who shows up on time, every time. This weekend shift is critical to our operation.
You need your own basic tools (we provide the tire machines and heavy shop equipment).
