Pawsome" is highly energetic. She loves to play catch/fetch. I will stand on our deck and throw her rubber stick, balls, ropes with knots tied into them and she will wait in the yard waiting for me to throw her toy. She will generally catch whatever she brought you to throw. She has had initial shots which included rabies. She will jump on you and put her muzzle in you face.
I have not be able to trim her nails because she will not remain still long enough. The vet gave me trazadone to give her prior to bringing her in for future appointments. It is like she has a constant infusion of caffiene.
She sleeps inside and has access to a pet door. She will do her business on a washable pet pad. She will chew anything that is in reach, and she can reach counter high.
She has not had many opportunities to socialize and is skittish around others that are not frequently at the house.. She will take some time to acclimate to her new family, but when she is comfortable with you, you will have a forever friend
She needs a family that can be energetic as she is. I'm unfortunately not that person. She will need a family with a fenced yard. She will be a fantastic dog for the family that can provide for her high energy needs.
Yes there is a nominal rehoming fee.
If interested, contact me for info on where she can be seen.
