The backboard cracked and has come off but it is completely intact.

If you clean up the frame and plexiglass you can re-adhere it with some clear silicone and it will be completely functional.

The height adjustment works.

I’d suggest bringing a trailer because it is really too long and awkward to haul in a truck bed.
