Independent head and foot elevation, wireless remotes, can be synced with other side or operated individually. Legs height is adjustable via extenders. We returned the mattress to Nectar but the bases were not returnable (company policy). We have returned to a conventional bed and matress system thus no need for the adjustable frames.
