Selling as a parts item. May run or may not, I don't know. Has batteries, but they only have 1 to 2 v charge showing on my meter. No charger so I cannot charge up to test. Overall, it's a good looking Razor. Plastic has some scuffs and on bottom right by foot platform there is a small break. Frame, tires, chain, etc. appear almost new. I got it in a trade and don't really have a use for it. OBO.
